Biomolecular Research Center

Overview

Welcome to the Boise State University Biomolecular Research Center (BRC)! The BRC is a collaborative research center designed to provide a supportive environment for interdisciplinary research and education with opportunities for students and faculty members alike.

Our core facilities support Idaho INBRE, Mountain West CTR-IN, COBRE in Matrix Biology, and the investigator-initiated research from the following graduate programs: Biomolecular Sciences PhD, Evolution, Ecology, & Behavior PhD, Materials Science & Engineering PhD, Biology MS, and Chemistry & Biochemistry MS.

Our mission is to provide a wide range of instrumentation and technical support to facilitate multidisciplinary research from Boise State University investigators, external academic affiliates and industrial partners.  Our goal is to increase the level of biomolecular research at Boise State University.
