Overview of Services

Located on the Boise State University College of Engineering campus, this research and teaching facility was established in 1998 and has provided years of support to both, academic researchers, as well as industry partners.  With a 900 ft2 Class 1000 cleanroom, a 1500 ft2 process lab, a 700 ft2 microscopy lab and a 900 ft2 metrology lab, the IML is equipped to fabricate microelectronic devices using thin film deposition, chemical processing, etching and photolithography.
